month seven

Hope everyone had a fabu holiday! We sure did. Lots of warm nog, delicious soups, and yumsauce goodies to inspire us for 2010!We have launched the panini sandwiches and home made soups. We are quite happy with how they are turning out! Above, pictured is our Buster Brown sandwich.Roasted Portobello mushrooms, basil pesto, caramelized onions, roasted peppers all oozing with herby goat cheese on squaw bread by none other than SLO's own House of Bread. We use only the best ingredients we can find, all organic, and the peppers, basil, and onions are locally grown with love.
Cal Poly Organic Farm is delivering amazing winter veggies in which we are forming the menu of soups to come.
