Well, it's fairly obvious that I've dropped the ball with this blog. Our to-do lists are miles long and the weather is too nice not to be hiking with friends and out in it when not at Sally Loo's.
Still much is a brewing. Keep in touch for more wholesome updates.

Meet Casey

He's been with us since day -1. We actually tracked him down and begged him to work for us. He was the lone wolf for many moons and didn't complain.
He's cool calm and collected no matter what crabby customer or crazy rush hits. Plays a mean sax. Has the greatest kitty named Thor who will visit him at work from time to time. He keeps us under control and taken care of. We loooove you, Casey!

Date of Birth: June 1, 1985

Favorite Sally Loo's treat: Apple Chai scone all the way!

Favorite place to eat : The Range in Santa Margarita. You gotta try the Dragon's Breathe!

What do you do when you’re not at Sally Loo's: Traveling and being on the road is the best. But don't get me wrong, there's nothing like chilling with a beer and good friends.

Favorite customer experience: Its hard to say that I have a favorite. But I think its the experience of being a barista itself that is so great to me. We only get a few moments in someone's day but you never know what may come of it. I've had people crash on my couch and others let me take out their Miatas on joy rides all because of being behind the counter . Good times.

Who would you have coffee with alive or dead: Albert Einstein and my Grandfather. Although I wouldn't mind coffee with MJ (Jackson or Jordon, Im not picky).

Any last words: Being who we are is all we've got. Live Pure. Live
Simple. Live Honest.

Meet Sarah

Meet the snarky panini princess of the bunch.
She's incredibly compassionate, always down to dance in the kitchen to her fav, Katy Perry, and was thought to be too sensitive for public school.

DOB: May 27th, 1989

Favorite Sally Loo treat: Strawberry black pepper scone or Hailey's double print chocolate cookies

Fav place to eat: Besides The Loo, I enjoy Big Sky Cafe and Gus' Sandwiches
When not at Sally's you can find me at school, instagramming, enjoying my wonderful friends and our crazy antics, and playing words with friends. I also love reading, relaxing, and a good gin and tonic.

Favorite customer experience: One time, our regular customer Robert gave me advice on how to deal with the dreadlocks that spontaneously form in my hair.

Who I would have coffee with: Jesus and Katy Perry. At the same time.

Last words: There's always a party happening in the back of The Loo. Secret's out.

lack of posting due to cafe overload

sorry lovely followers! Since we re-opened we have been super busy making goodies, serving customers, hosting music and events, cooking up new recipes, & in our spare and rare time, sleeping.

Here's the skinny...

Superstar, Inga Swearingen, played our first show after the retrofit with her fabu band and Brynn Albanese making us all swoon with admiration!

Sarah wowed us with her voice at the kick off show with the Sexton Sisters

These two got engaged at the cafe after hours
And much much more.

We have gained a few loocrew members and have held tight to the old ones. Introductions will follow.
